Cadbury is my go to chocolate bar. I know there are several variants available in the markets. But I keep on going with the original one and love eating them. I love the feeling how they melt in mouth, I'm addicted.. These are creamy, very smooth and they have high standards at a reasonable price. Overall, It is the best chocolate ever!

The taste has changed

I seem to be the only person giving a negative review for Cadbury chocolate. However, I'm in my fifties and I remember what Cadbury chocolate used to taste like when I was a child. Cadbury was my favourite brand of chocolate. That changed a while ago when I noticed that the taste of Cadbury chocolate had changed. After eating the chocolate, I had a strange taste in my mouth. Now the only Cadbury chocolate I buy is Dream White Chocolate. I haven't noticed such a change in taste with this variety. I thought that maybe my palate had changed, but to be sure, I did a Google search and I ended up on Cadbury's Facebook page. Other people have also noticed the change in Cadbury chocolate, but the Cadbury's website says that they haven't changed the taste. I understand that Cadbury is under immense pressure to create products with higher production costs, but I would be happy to pay more for a quality product.

Never knew another brand growing up. Cadbury was always the go-to and this was the traditional product and the favourite of our family. It's got a rich taste and is easy to share, plus can be added to lots of recipes (grated, melted, chopped). Keeps well, but never for long enough in our household of 3!

It's hard to say no to a piece or two of good old Cadbury's dairy milk chocolate. It was a household staple and I don't think there was ever a time growing up when we didn't have a block of this in our cupboard! It brings back fond childhood memories of the purple paper and foil being torn open and mum breaking me off a row. Now nearly 30 years old and I am still partial to a square or two of this

I am a chocolate lover and I enjoy tasting all different flavours but nothing can compare to the delicious flavour of Cadbury Dairy Milk. This chocolate is smooth and creamy and I can really taste the glass and a half of milk in each block. I always have a block in my freezer (I hide it there so the kids can't reach it!) so my husband and I can enjoy a piece or three on the weekend.

There really isnt much to say about this. Cardburys Milk chocolate block is both the most delicious thing in my opinion and my bellys worst enemy. I have had cravings for this and would go through a block in one sitting through all of my pregnancies. I have four children under 5 so you can imagine how many blocks Ive demolished. My opinion would be classed as professional and i absolutely love the smoothness, flavour and creaminess.

We always seem to have a block of Cadburys Chocolates in the cupboard or fridge and the plain one is of my favourites. The chocolate itself is always like a " milk chocolate ", creamy and smooth textured that melts in the mouth . Best of all , it does not have the oversweetness taste like some chocolates as there is just enough sugar to not overpower the taste. The quality of the chocolates is always a high standard and always feel confident when buying more especially when its not considered and expensive cholcolate . Bad point, it is very addictive !

It speaks for itself.

This is the best chocolate that is available, I believe, to me at least. I always go for a plain Dairy Milk chocolate and love letting it melt in my mouth, mm! The chocolate has of course changed over time, including the packaging which is my least favorite bit. I much preferred the cardboard packaging and foiled inside, rather than the plastic-y packaging. It doesn't re-seal, at all, and it's practically useless. Otherwise would've given 5 stars.

The best chocolate.

We are a household of chocoholics and we often will go through a block every couple of nights. We not that into different flavoured chocolate which is why Cadbury Dairy Milk always has a place in our pantry! It is creamy and affordable. I would have given it 5 stars but I am still a little annoyed that they keep reducing the size of the blocks! The family size block is no longer a family size but rather 2-3 people! I notice the packaging is now resealable but due to us being chocoholics I can't comment whether that works as we never have any left over to try the resealable packet :)

A chocaholic!

I will admit it! I'm addicted to chocolate! I like other chocolates too but Cadbury is my soft spot!! It has won my heart! I adore the gorgeous creamy centres of the Peppermint and the Caramello! They are just amazing. They are a super buy too! Now come in the easy resealable pack that many others don't have. The chocolate just melts in your mouth! You cant just stop at one square, you have to keep going! Others members of my family have tried and loved the rum and raison, which says a lot as they are fussy with what chocolate they buy. We have purchased Cadbury for many years! It is the best by far! Its always a must in our weekly shop! If you want a chocolate that's got great flavour and price! Go Cadbury! Only negative- It's addictive!! It truly is the BEST l have had and still having!! 10/10 from me!

The all time favourite.

I admit to being addicted to chocolate. All kinds but I always return to Cadbury Milk. I know the dark chocolate has more antioxidants but there is no greater luxury than allowing squares of Cadbury to just melt on the tongue. I was horrified when I saw Cadbury with vegemite in it, but I had to try it. Yum. Only thing better is Caramello. I am not exactly young but don't remember a time without Cadbury Milk chocolate. my biggest issue is knowing when to stop.

Classic for all ages.

Cadbury is definitely the king among chocolates. From the plain chocolate to my favourite hazelnut, the taste is so distinctly unique and rich. Not sickly sweet but with that chocalatey rich and milky taste which retains that amazing flavour right through to the last bit. I love to savour my chocolate and let it melt on my tongue and Cadbury never disappoints. The only downside is the newer smaller blocks. But Cadbury will always remain the one I turn to when I need that chocolate 'buzz' in my life.

Classic Chocolate that stands the test of time

I love Cadbury dairy milk chocolate and honestly purchase at least one family sized block a week in my groceries. Its creamy and delicious to eat on its own but also is amazing!! in baked goods or my current favourite way to enjoy it is to heat some milk and stir with a row of cadbury… The most amazing hot chocolate drink ever!!

Can't go past this!!

Why pay for Haighs or Lindt?? Cadbury's chocolate is so smooth and tasty! Plain milk is still my hands down favourite, although I have ventured out to try other flavours. The only problem is it is so moorish I can't stop with only one square!!!

Simply the Best Choc

Cadburys chocolate will ALWAYS be welcome in my household. The flavour never changes - we can be assured that each and very block we buy is of the same quality. Best by itself - why change it? We use it to cook with, grate it to adore our favourite pavlovas or banana sundaes, bake with it instead of using cooking chocolate (oops - but it IS better) or just pop a piece in the mouth and let it gently melt on the tastebuds - heaven sent.

Sure there's lots of other chocolates out there ... some, fancier brands ... but there's no brand as consistent as Cadbury! Especially the Dairy Milk Milk chocolate block! The perfect amount of sweetness to creaminess that hits the spot EVERYTIME! Melt over icecream, or grate over your favourite desserts ... my personal favourite 'Pavlova'. You just can't go wrong with Cadbury. An affordable range of chocolate with perfect creamy quality in every bite.

Chocolate, heaven sent.

I still remember the smooth exquisite texture and taste of Cadbury Dairy block from my childhood. This brand/product essentially has not changed a perfect recipe in years. It smells like chocolate, sweet yet not sickly at all. It holds its texture for long enough to not melt in your hands in the first minute. It just slowly melts eventually in my mouth with an explosion of chocolate and my taste buds are again in heaven. From plain to fruity and or nuts, there is always a packet disappearing act when ever this treat hits the table after dinner. My wife also prefers this in cooking as the best tasting choice, and is still great value for money.

Great for desserts

I use plain dairy milk Cadbury chocolate more so in cooking desserts than eating it straight from the pack. A favourite of mine is melting it with a bit of cream to make a deliciously smooth hot chocolate sauce topping! It's low melt point and smooth texture is exactly what I want when I'm baking treats!

Sweet fix

I like getting the Cadbury raisin & almond chocolate block as I love the different tastes and textures the almond and raisins provide. The Cadbury block comes in a purple resealable pack. The chocolate is creamy and smooth and the almonds provide a nice toasty crunch. The raisins are sweet and balance the flavours of the chocolate and almonds. I wish this had more almonds though as it doesn't seem to have enough of it. I've had better chocolate than these but they are ok when I need to satisfy a quick sweet craving and are quite affordable.

My addiction!

I am completely and utterly addicted to Cadbury Caramello Block Chocolate and I don't care what people say! It's not like I'm a chocoholic because I will not eat any other chocolate at all - only this brand and only this flavour. This is my saviour twice a day, it goes hand in hand with my mug of tea and one of my favourite parts of the day. I love how the chocolate melts in your mouth with the hot tea and then the caramel follows with a rich burst of liquid gold flavour....it is heaven - or pretty damn close to it! My only negative about this chocolate is the way Cadbury made the block smaller and now charge approximately $5 for 1 block....annoying as I can't afford it...but I do!
